Floor brushes may become entangled in hairs and jammed by foreign objects, and the drum may become deformed | Shut down the machine to clean the grooves on both sides of the roller and the floor brush, check whether the roller is deformed, and remove the roller to make sure that the machine is operating normally |
| Tube light flashing red |  |
The vacuum cleaner duct may be clogged | Turn off the machine to check whether the vacuum cleaner pipe is clogged with foreign objects, disassemble the filter to check whether it is clogged with dust |
| E1 | Shutdown after 5 seconds | Motor temperature abnormal protection | Turn off the vacuum cleaner for 20 minutes and wait for the motor temperature to normalize before trying to use it again |
